How do I join the SM Hanson Music Rewards program? The SM Hanson Music Rewards Program is automatically available In-Store and On-Line purchases.

Is there a cost for membership in the program? The SM Hanson Music Rewards program is free.

Do you require a credit card to participate? No - The SM Hanson Music Rewards program is available on Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Layaway and 3rd party finance.

How are rewards points calculated? You will earn points for every one dollar (less tax and shipping fees) spent. If returns and adjustments exceed purchases, this could result in negative reward points. Once you accumulate $200 in purchases - you will earn a $5 Rewards certificate, or 2.5% in Rewards. You will continue to earn Rewards certificates in $5 increments, for every $ 200.00 in purchases. Additional points may be earned during periodic special promotions such as 2x points, determined at SM Hanson Music’s discretion.

When did I start earning points towards SM Hanson Music Rewards? As of July 5, 2021, points began accruing towards rewards with purchases made In-Store or On-Line at SM Hanson Music.

Where can I use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates? To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards, you must come to our Retail store, go online to smhansonmusic.com, or call 800-875-6273 by the expiration date shown on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate. SM Hanson Music Rewards redeemed in-store will be surrendered at time of purchase. To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards online at smhansonmusic.com, you must enter the barcode number printed on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate (see receipt).

Can I use/redeem multiple rewards? You can redeem multiple SM Hanson Music Rewards on a single transaction.

Can my rewards be used anytime? SM Hanson Music Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer.

What happens to the left-overs? If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the SM Hanson Music Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining SM Hanson Music Rewards balance will be forfeited.

Do my SM Hanson Rewards have a cash value? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash.

Can I let someone else use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? No, SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates may NOT be used by someone other than the cardholder to whom the certificate was issued. SM Hanson Music Rewards are not "gift certificates" and are not intended for gift-giving purposes.

Can I use my rewards to buy a Gift Card/Certificate? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be used to purchase SM Hanson Music gift certificates.

How many certificates can I use at one time? There is no limit on the number of certificates that may be redeemed.

Can I use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate to pay my Layaway bill? SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates have no cash value and are only valid on SM Hanson Music new purchases.

Are there any exclusions to redeeming SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates? SM Hanson Music Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Good for one-time use only. Unused balances are not refundable. No cash refunds for returns. Excludes tax/shipping charges, Gift Cards, Services Department, Lessons, Rentals, Repairs). SM Hanson Music Rewards are only redeemable at SM Hanson Music, on smhansonmusic.com or by
calling 800-875-6273 for merchandise.

SM Hanson Music Rewards Program is not open to schools, businesses, institutions, churches, or employees of SM Hanson Music. No points are awarded for deposits and layaway items until the purchase is fully paid. Points have no cash value and are not transferrable. Purchases made prior to membership in the SM Hanson Music Rewards program do not qualify for Reward Points.

What if I return an item I bought with a SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? Returned merchandise purchased with SM Hanson Music Rewards will be eligible for an exchange only at the time of the return. The reward points will not be returned to your account and you will not receive cash, store credit, or a new SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate.

This program and its benefits are offered solely at the discretion of SM Hanson Music, Inc. and we reserve the right to cancel or modify the terms of the SM Hanson Music Rewards program without prior notice.

You acknowledge that the SM Hanson Music Rewards points have no value and that reward points and any SM Hanson Music Rewards issued are purely promotional and are provided without the payment of any consideration or other thing of value. Unless and until you present the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate at SM Hanson Music retail store or redeem it online at smhansonmusic.com or by calling 800-875-6273, no right, title, or interest in the reward points or the SM Hanson Music Rewards has been earned. Reward points are forfeited upon the closing of a SM Hanson Music account or termination of the SM Hanson Music Rewards program. We reserve the right to remove any person from the SM Hanson Music Rewards program in the event of any fraud or abuse in connection with this program.
