65mm barrel

The YCL-400AD Advantage wood clarinet incorporates some of the distinct qualities of Yamaha's professional and custom clarinets. One of these features is a 65mm barrel design that produces a focused tone and quick response. Players looking to "step-up" their performance will do just that with this instrument.

Bell design

Nothing can be more frustrating than a soft sounding, out of tune instrument. A New resonance chamber in the bell of the YCL-400AD aids in projection and improves intonation in lower notes, allowing for consistency and confidence.

"Blue" steel spring material

Part of making the YCL-400AD "feel" better is the upgrade in spring material. Blue steel springs give the keys a lighter touch and feel while producing a smooth, quick action.

Sculptured, nickel-plated keys

The nickel-plated keys provide a more clear and focused tone. Also, the nickel-plated keys of the YCL-400AD provide a good alternative for people who have an allergic reaction to silver-plating. In order to make the keys to the appropriate strength level, a technique called power forging is used. The results of this hi-tech process are keys that are exceptionally durable and contoured to the best possible ergonomic shape.

How are rewards points calculated? You will earn points for every one dollar (less tax and shipping fees) spent. If returns and adjustments exceed purchases, this could result in negative reward points. Once you accumulate $200 in purchases - you will earn a $5 Rewards certificate, or 2.5% in Rewards. You will continue to earn Rewards certificates in $5 increments, for every $ 200.00 in purchases. Additional points may be earned during periodic special promotions such as 2x points, determined at SM Hanson Music’s discretion.

When did I start earning points towards SM Hanson Music Rewards? As of July 5, 2021, points began accruing towards rewards with purchases made In-Store or On-Line at SM Hanson Music.

Where can I use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates? To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards, you must come to our Retail store, go online to smhansonmusic.com, or call 800-875-6273 by the expiration date shown on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate. SM Hanson Music Rewards redeemed in-store will be surrendered at time of purchase. To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards online at smhansonmusic.com, you must enter the barcode number printed on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate (see receipt).

Can I use/redeem multiple rewards? You can redeem multiple SM Hanson Music Rewards on a single transaction.

Can my rewards be used anytime? SM Hanson Music Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer.

What happens to the left-overs? If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the SM Hanson Music Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining SM Hanson Music Rewards balance will be forfeited.

Do my SM Hanson Rewards have a cash value? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash.

Can I let someone else use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? No, SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates may NOT be used by someone other than the cardholder to whom the certificate was issued. SM Hanson Music Rewards are not "gift certificates" and are not intended for gift-giving purposes.
