MANHASSET^® LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The following warranty is provided by the MANHASSET^® Specialty Company (MANHASSET^®) to the original purchaser, and is valid while the original purchaser owns the Product. This Warranty runs from the date of purchase and warrants that the MANHASSET^® Product is free from defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period as described in the Length of Product Warranties section below. If MANHASSET^® determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product has a defect covered under this Warranty, MANHASSET^®, at its election, shall either repair or replace the defective Product without charge to the original purchaser. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

For a warranty claim, the original purchaser should call a MANHASSET^® Customer Service Representative at 1-800-795-0965 and state the reason he/she is dissatisfied with the product. If MANHASSET^® determines that a Product return is necessary, the Customer Service representative will issue a return authorization

This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by or during shipping, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, alterations to Products not expressly authorized by MANHASSET^®, or to components considered to be of a consumables nature such as bulbs, batteries, etc

MANHASSET^® does not warrant the matching of color or texture. MANHASSET^® reserves the right to make Product changes without obligation to incorporate such changes into Products previously sold.

MANHASSET^® MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT AND TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW. MANHASSET^® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE ALLEGED DEFECT OR FAILURE OF MANHASSET^®'S PRODUCTS. MANHASSET^®'S LIABILITY SHALL IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT WAS PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages or warranties, so the above may not apply to you. This Warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

How do I join the SM Hanson Music Rewards program? The SM Hanson Music Rewards Program is automatically available In-Store and On-Line purchases.

Is there a cost for membership in the program? The SM Hanson Music Rewards program is free.

Do you require a credit card to participate? No - The SM Hanson Music Rewards program is available on Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Layaway and 3rd party finance.

Where can I find the Terms & Conditions for the SM Hanson Music Rewards program? Full program Terms & Conditions can be found at smhansonmusic.com/rewards.

How are rewards points calculated? You will earn points for every one dollar (less tax and shipping fees) spent. If returns and adjustments exceed purchases, this could result in negative reward points. Once you accumulate $200 in purchases - you will earn a $5 Rewards certificate, or 2.5% in Rewards. You will continue to earn Rewards certificates in $5 increments, for every $ 200.00 in purchases. Additional points may be earned during periodic special promotions such as 2x points, determined at SM Hanson Music’s discretion.

When did I start earning points towards SM Hanson Music Rewards? As of July 5, 2021, points began accruing towards rewards with purchases made In-Store or On-Line at SM Hanson Music.

Where can I use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates? To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards, you must come to our Retail store, go online to smhansonmusic.com, or call 800-875-6273 by the expiration date shown on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate. SM Hanson Music Rewards redeemed in-store will be surrendered at time of purchase. To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards online at smhansonmusic.com, you must enter the barcode number printed on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate (see receipt).

Can I use/redeem multiple rewards? You can redeem multiple SM Hanson Music Rewards on a single transaction.

Can my rewards be used anytime? SM Hanson Music Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer.

What happens to the left-overs? If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the SM Hanson Music Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining SM Hanson Music Rewards balance will be forfeited.

Do my SM Hanson Rewards have a cash value? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash.

Can I let someone else use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? No, SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates may NOT be used by someone other than the cardholder to whom the certificate was issued. SM Hanson Music Rewards are not "gift certificates" and are not intended for gift-giving purposes.

Can I use my rewards to buy a Gift Card/Certificate? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be used to purchase SM Hanson Music gift certificates.

How many certificates can I use at one time? There is no limit on the number of certificates that may be redeemed.
