For a warranty claim, the original purchaser should call a MANHASSET® Customer Service Representative at 1-800-795-0965 and state the reason he/she is dissatisfied with the product. If MANHASSET® determines that a Product return is necessary, the Customer Service representative will issue a return authorization
This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by or during shipping, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, alterations to Products not expressly authorized by MANHASSET®, or to components considered to be of a consumables nature such as bulbs, batteries, etc
