Whirlwind's Multiline speaker cables represent their latest efforts to provide the industry with the most reliable connectors and cables available today.

Most cable manufacturers simply use the screw down terminals inside the connectors to terminate. We also solder the connections for extra stability.

This enables Whirlwind to provide a lifetime warranty on these cables - they stand by their product.

The 4 conductor cables use 12/4 SJ type wire. Whirlwind manufactures their 6 and 8 conductor cables with 13/8 wire to be lightweight, small in diameter, and highly flexible.

Whirlwind supplies two types of multiline speaker cables: EP and NL (Speakon®). They offer 4 and 8 conductor cables in both styles and 6 conductor cables are available in the EP series.

EP cables have a male connector at one end and a female at the other. NL cables have the same connector at each end.

How are rewards points calculated? You will earn points for every one dollar (less tax and shipping fees) spent. If returns and adjustments exceed purchases, this could result in negative reward points. Once you accumulate $200 in purchases - you will earn a $5 Rewards certificate, or 2.5% in Rewards. You will continue to earn Rewards certificates in $5 increments, for every $ 200.00 in purchases. Additional points may be earned during periodic special promotions such as 2x points, determined at SM Hanson Music’s discretion.

When did I start earning points towards SM Hanson Music Rewards? As of July 5, 2021, points began accruing towards rewards with purchases made In-Store or On-Line at SM Hanson Music.

Where can I use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates? To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards, you must come to our Retail store, go online to smhansonmusic.com, or call 800-875-6273 by the expiration date shown on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate. SM Hanson Music Rewards redeemed in-store will be surrendered at time of purchase. To redeem SM Hanson Music Rewards online at smhansonmusic.com, you must enter the barcode number printed on the SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate (see receipt).

Can I use/redeem multiple rewards? You can redeem multiple SM Hanson Music Rewards on a single transaction.

Can my rewards be used anytime? SM Hanson Music Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer.

What happens to the left-overs? If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the SM Hanson Music Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining SM Hanson Music Rewards balance will be forfeited.

Do my SM Hanson Rewards have a cash value? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash.

Can I let someone else use my SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? No, SM Hanson Music Rewards certificates may NOT be used by someone other than the cardholder to whom the certificate was issued. SM Hanson Music Rewards are not "gift certificates" and are not intended for gift-giving purposes.

Can I use my rewards to buy a Gift Card/Certificate? SM Hanson Music Rewards cannot be used to purchase SM Hanson Music gift certificates.

How many certificates can I use at one time? There is no limit on the number of certificates that may be redeemed.

Unused balances are not refundable. No cash refunds for returns. Excludes tax/shipping charges, Gift Cards, Services Department, Lessons, Rentals, Repairs). SM Hanson Music Rewards Program is not open to Corporations, Institutions or employees of SM Hanson Music. No points are awarded for deposits and layaway items until the purchase is fully paid. What if I return an item I bought with a SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate? Returned merchandise purchased with SM Hanson Music Rewards will be eligible for an exchange only at the time of the return. The reward points will not be returned to your account and you will not receive cash, store credit, or a new SM Hanson Music Rewards certificate.
